Refund policy

Corporate Ready — Foundation is an online course. There is no physical item to return.

If you cannot access your purchase, encounter a course problem or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Playbook Academy at Playbooksolutions@outlook.com. Include your order number, purchase email and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or card details.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you change your mind, contact us to request a refund. We assess change-of-mind requests individually; this does not limit any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
