How Business
Actually Works.
Eight lessons, eight self-reviewed exercises and a 12-decision workplace challenge.
Practise customer handovers, stationery supplier checks, catering decisions, meeting records and managing your inbox. Allow 60–90 minutes including the activities; work at your own pace.
Complete all eight lessons and practical exercises and score at least 10 out of 12 in the final challenge. Then enter your name to generate and download your completion certificate and practical Playbook. Retakes are available.

Is this right for me?
Foundation is aimed at people entering corporate work from school, university or a trade. The first module assumes no previous corporate experience.
How does the learning work?
Read the lesson and worked cases, answer quick checks, then write your own practical response. Compare it with the worked example and complete a self-review. Finish with 12 workplace decisions and explanations. Written exercises are self-reviewed, not externally marked.
Will my progress be saved?
Your lesson progress and notes are saved automatically on this device, separately for your learner account. Use the same browser to resume. Clearing browser data removes saved progress; progress does not sync between devices.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Complete all eight lessons and practical exercises and pass the final challenge with at least 10 out of 12. Enter the name you want on your certificate, generate it and download the PDF. This is a certificate of course completion, not an accredited qualification.
Can I enrol now?
Foundation costs $79 as a one-time purchase. Complete checkout, then open the classroom and sign in with the email you used to purchase. Your course opens once payment is confirmed.
What comes after Foundation?
Practitioner develops applied judgement through a shared core and five optional specialisations. Mastery adds Strategic Judgement & Governance, Strategy & Value Creation, Leading People & Change, and Operational Excellence & Resilience.
