Open your course
Choose the classroom for the course you purchased and sign in with the email used at checkout. Access opens after payment is confirmed. Each Practitioner purchase opens only its included course or specialisations.
Resume your progress
Use the same browser and device to continue. Lesson progress and notes save on your device; they do not sync between devices and are removed if browser data is cleared.
Foundation completion and certificate
Complete all eight lessons and practical exercises and score at least 10 out of 12 in the final challenge. Enter your name, choose Generate my certificate, then Download certificate (PDF). Keep a copy of the PDF with your learning records.
What you need
Use a current desktop or mobile browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled, an internet connection, and access to your purchase email for sign-in. Allow the certificate download when your browser asks.
Practitioner completion packs
Professional Practitioner requires all 25 lesson checks, five self-reviewed briefs and five passed challenges. Each specialisation requires six lesson checks, its self-reviewed brief and at least 5/6 on its assessment. Completion unlocks the corresponding PDF playbook and personalised certificate. Your personal workbook can be downloaded as you learn.
The core is $149. Specialisations are $29 each. The $69 Commercial Specialisations Bundle includes Indirect Procurement, Commercial Management and Supplier Relationship Management only; core and the two business tracks are separate. Progress and notes stay in the same browser and device.
Mastery learning and completion
Mastery has four courses: Strategic Judgement & Governance, Strategy & Value Creation, Leading People & Change, and Operational Excellence & Resilience. Each includes eight lesson applications and checks, an experiment, two decision records, a self-reviewed final paper, an assessment requiring 7/8 and a workplace transfer plan. Completion unlocks its eight-page PDF playbook and named certificate. Progress stays in the same browser and device. The shared core is $299 and each advanced course is $99. Paid orders open purchased courses; full Academy access accounts include all four.
